I dunno Josh, it may fall into that categorie of movies that guys will just never understand. We were practically having heart attacks though, expecially towards the end. *sigh* it was so great....

You do not know pain until you've sat between the Beers girls during North and South and they both clutch your arm in a death grip at the same time.

And I was never as startled as when Sue Beers, (who was sitting next to me, and a little behind) like, SCREAMED when we thought it was going to end bad. She scared 3 years off my life.

Believe it or not,

I dont mind watching chick flicks at all. Most of them i enjoy.

Although i love and cherish guys time and movie watching and all that.

If North and south is anything like Pride and prejudice I probably won't like it.

That movie was boring.

I have to agree, North and South is the best, followed closely by Pride and Prejudice. I love the female characters in Sense and Sensibility, perhaps better than the female characters in the first two, but the guys are not nearly as interesting.

Four parts. One hour each. But they go fast. Too fast. It's on BBC. But I have to agree with Caitlin, it's not really one I'd recommend to a guy, no matter how sensitive. It's kind of sacred girlyness.

*ahem* Nah, more emotional tension than physical danger in N&S. But that train station scene (the one with Frederick) is intense. And the second train station scene is just, well, perfect.

Love and cherish? And what defines guy time...is that like burping and flinging paper napkins off table settings and stuff?

Eyelashes. hm. Really LONG eyelashes on guys are a big no-no. But I personally like dark eyelashes. It defines the eyes. Of course, if they're black they can look like eyeliner. I don't like black hair on guys (generally speaking) anyway though.

I personally have not given it much thought. I guess I would rule out very black or very white. But I just saw someone at the store with rather light eyelashes, and it was kind of cool looking. I don't know. And echo the black hair thing.

Okay, I take it back. Black hair can be good.

Sense and Sensibility is good. My favorite line I put down for Loaded Questions (remember? the long one?) is in that movie. I would say that I like the girls from Sense and Sensibility as opposed to the girl from North and South, but the guys in S&S are almost pathetic compared to Mr. Thornton.

Is Thornton's hair really black though?

I would call it black. It might be dyed for the movie though because the hair on his face looks kind of... brownish. That's weird....

A new subject and probably a boring one, but I've been thinking about this lately. i've decided that I'm against any sort of nail polish unless it is clear. Colored nail polish is ugly. Sorry, no offense to anyone who likes it or wears it. Red nail polish is especially bad. It makes fingers look fat and bloody. Black is also really bad.

Okay, we don't ahve to stay on this subject, but I want your opinion.

Oh, SO true! Ooh, but we have to leave. Dad will come in looking for us. Of course, I have like no nails anyway, but if I did, I wouldn't wear red or black.
