I think Twister may be the best game of all. I mean, as long as you can get over the closeness, and the eventual space invasion. Some people can't, but I think it's very fun.

I LOVE Loaded Questions, best game EVAH. All those get-to-know-people-conversation-party games are addicting for me. You have to be with the right group, though.

Imaginiff is a good game, too, but you end up lying about what you really think because you have to choose what everyone else will say.
