I only watch NASCAR for the crashes, and I only see those if someone elbows me and wakes me up.

So this is SOOOO stupid. It's 2 days til the big race, and Jeff Gordon won some ''Gatorade'' sponsored race yesterday. Well, apparently some suspension thing or something was not bolted down properly or something like that on his car. So, they realize it was a mistake, not intentional, but they decided they still need to penalize him. They let him keep the title and trophy, but instead of starting Daytona at his qualified spot(which was 4th, very high!!), they are making his start last, in 42nd......
He can still make that up, I've watched him do that before.....it's just stupid of them to penalize him for something they know was an accident, just because he won the race...



Stupid Nascar officials.......

Gordon is in 10th, Kurt Busch in 1st, As of 3:51 pm. And Napolion Dynomiteis on.

Alright, so here's the results...

Tony Stewart, Dale Earnhardt and Kurt Busch were out of it early...

Gordon ended in 12th...

It went into "overtime", which means they stop everyone, then restart and run only two laps to the end...
Up to that point it was already a wreck-fest, but at half a lap to go, all the cars behind the two leaders got gummed up in a big crash. I guess one guy's car flipped upside down and lit on fire as it slid across the grass..Gordon was also involved in the crash...
Kevin Harvick won over Mark Martin by 2-one-hundredths of a second, the closest race since they started using electronic sensors to determine the winner...

Lotsa crashes...down to the last lap...VERY good race...

There was a race today in Las Vegas, and Jeff Gordon took 2nd!! His teammate Jimmy Johnson took 1st, which is just fine, cause he owns Jimmy's car, and has money "invested in him," so he makes money when Jimmy wins. Also, they're really good friends, so I'm very happy for them!!!

Yeah, so there was a race on today. Very good, Gordon almost won........he ended up in 4th. He is first in the "points" standings though, which is very good. He led the most laps in the race. There were lotsa good crashes, and the guy that won only led the final lap...good right to the end!

JEFF GORDON WON AT PHOENIX ON SATURDAY NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But, seriously, the best race EVER!!!!

Jeff is now in the lead in the points standings, and has had one of the best starts to the season of his career!

Jeff Gordon won at Talledega on Sunday!!!

He stayed out in front for most of the race, then took the lead in the end. He raced very well, and he totally deserved that win!

He's number 1 in the points with a huge gap between him and 2nd.

He also has won 77 times, beating Dale Earnhardt Sr., who won 76. Earnhardt fans didn't like that. There were a bunch of stupid people that threw beer cans. They were warned before the race that they would be arrested, and 10 people were. It's just not cool to be such poor sports.

Next Saturday night at Richmond is next!!!
