I am 2/3 through Eragon, and I must admit, it has greatly improved since the beginning.

I go to any smily site or another site if I want to steal their smilies and then I save them to our pc then go into the administrator panel on OTS and go to the section where I can add smilys then browse for a pic instead of using a url from the net and then write down the emotion of said smily then write down the code for the smilies then click add smily and then I choose to move it wherever I want in the list of smilies.

I didn't make it. Because it's only 100x100 you can't enlarge it much, and there are only little dots. But the person who makes them has a habit of putting dots in for design only, so I don't think it says anything.
